How to Apply

For consideration to all of the Medical Imaging Programs, applications and other required documents must be submitted by the deadline of December 31 prior to the matriculation year. Complete applications include:

• An application fee of $40
• A completed application
• A letter of intent
• Two letters of recommendation
• Transcripts documenting all post high school education. Foreign transcripts must be evaluated by one of the agencies in the United States that performs academic credential evaluations
• Applicants with academic degrees from international institutions are required to take the TOEFL iBT within twelve (12) months of the application deadline
